All stand personnel will require an Exhibitor Badge in order to gain access to the venue on event days.
No badges will be sent to you before you arrive. Badges should be collected from the Organisers Office when you arrive for build-up.

This is to be submitted along with a product picture which will be included in the Show Guide and Show Catalogue for FREE.
Please download and complete a thorough risk assessment about the plans for your stand.
A Risk Assessment form can be found attached within your exhibitor email.
Please download and complete the Vehicle Access Pass. Please display the completed pass in the windshields of each of the vehicles requiring access to the venue to load and unload.

Closer to the event we will be sending you a personalised digital invitation for you to send to your current and potential client list.
Download a copy of our logo and promotional banner to use on your website and/or emails to encourage your customers to visit you at the show.
